With more than 20 years of experience in audiology, Brooke Hanby has built a career dedicated to innovation, education, and improving hearing health outcomes across Australia. Over the past 15 years, Brooke worked extensively as a project manager leading the launch and expansion of the Phonak Lyric invisible hearing aid within the Australian market. This role involved significant collaboration within the ear health and cerumen management space, helping to drive best-practice clinical outcomes and patient care.

Recognising the growing need for practical ear health education, Brooke founded Ear Health Courses, a nationwide training business focused on cerumen management, otoscopy, and ear health training. Over the past eight years, the program has expanded significantly beyond audiology into the broader allied health and medical professions, supporting clinicians across Australia with hands-on, evidence-based education.

After many years working across a variety of national projects and professional audiology initiatives, Brooke has chosen to return to her roots in her local community of Bondi Junction, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional hearing healthcare close to home.
