Otosclerosis

Otosclerosis is an abnormal bone growth in the middle ear, typically affecting the stapes bone and preventing it from vibrating properly. This causes gradual hearing loss, tinnitus, and, in some cases, dizziness.

Treatment options may include hearing aids for hearing loss and/or surgery.
